Compass Datacenters PHX II is a planned data center in El Mirage, AZ. Reported capacity is 108 MW. 120-acre site at the intersection of El Mirage Road and Peoria Avenue, acquired from Dermody Properties for $79.3M in June 2024. Planned as a three-building, 108MW campus (208,000 sq ft per building) with a master plan for expansion to 350MW via an on-site 230kV substation. Distinct from Compass's existing operating Goodyear campus already tracked.
