Aligned Data Centers Peoria campus
Peoria, Maricopa County, AZ
Aligned Data Centers Peoria campus is a planned data center in Peoria, AZ. Plano-based Aligned Data Centers filed planning documents with the City of Peoria for a two-building, roughly 916,000 sq ft data center campus on a 95-acre site at 75th Avenue and Butler Drive, inside an existing industrial park (near Frito-Lay and Trader Joe's facilities). Aligned bought the land for $43.2 million in October 2024; as of the May 2026 report the proposal had cleared its first round of city review and, being in a zoning district that permits data centers as-of-right, does not require a public hearing. This is separate from Aligned's existing Chandler, Phoenix and Waddell facilities already tracked.
