Project Eagle (fka Project Baccara) is a planned data center in Glendale, AZ, with Takanock named as the developer. 160-acre site north of Olive Avenue, about half a mile west of Litchfield Road, currently unincorporated Maricopa County pending annexation into Glendale. Developer Takanock (Michigan-based) proposes three data center buildings (~330,000 sq ft each) plus an on-site natural gas power plant. Glendale City Council has not yet taken a formal annexation vote as of Sept 2026; project drew scrutiny amid AG Kris Mayes' August 2026 call for a statewide data center moratorium. No MW capacity has been publicly disclosed.
