Rhea Data Blacks Creek Data Center Campus (Arevia Power)
Ada County, ID
Rhea Data Blacks Creek Data Center Campus (Arevia Power) is an announced data center project in Ada County, ID, backed by Rhea Data (subsidiary of Arevia Power). Rhea Data, a subsidiary of Nevada renewable developer Arevia Power, applied to the BLM in Sept 2026 for a multi-building hyperscale campus of roughly 4 million sq ft on ~3,700 acres of federal land off the Blacks Creek exit, with an on-site natural gas power plant and possible solar supply from near Twin Falls. It would be the first data center proposed on Idaho public land and 4-5x the size of Meta's Kuna campus. BLM is running the application/NEPA process; Boise Mayor McLean and the Sierra Club oppose it.
