ValorC3 Boise Emerald Street Data Center (Facility 2) is a data center under construction in Boise, ID, developed by ValorC3 Data Centers (formerly Tonaquint/Fiberpipe). The project is sized at 10 MW with an estimated investment of $20 million. ValorC3 is building a 38,000 sq ft, 10 MW AI-ready colocation facility next to Boise City Hall West, anchored by a Fortune 50 tech tenant, with opening targeted for 2027. In March 2026 it filed to add another 31,000 sq ft before phase one completes; in April 2026 it closed a credit facility with Apterra Infrastructure to fund construction. (Source dated 2026-03-26.).
