Wildwood Commerce Park data center ($11B, end user undisclosed) is an announced data center project in Hillsville, VA. Early-stage (NDA). Grayson County confirmed in September 2026 that a data center worth more than $11 billion is planned for Wildwood Commerce Park, the 200-plus-acre I-77 industrial park owned by the Blue Ridge Crossroads Economic Development Authority (Carroll, Grayson and Galax); the end user has not been disclosed, and on Oct. 5, 2026 Carroll County rejected amendments that would have shifted approval power to the regional authority.
