Terra Nexus Custer Avenue data center (Fayetteville)
Fayetteville, Cumberland County, NC
Terra Nexus Ventures plans Terra Nexus Custer Avenue data center (Fayetteville), a data center in Fayetteville, NC. Terra Nexus Ventures announced in Oct 2025 and submitted plans to Fayetteville in Jan 2026 for a likely AI-focused data center on 180 acres on Custer Avenue near the PWC generation plant. The Eastover Town Council opposed it over noise, water demand and diesel generators; Cumberland County adopted a six-month moratorium June 15, 2026 and Fayetteville was still weighing its own pause in Aug 2026. Separate from PRSM Group and ESS proposals. (Source dated 2026-01-15.).
