Ranch House data center (Marana)

Ranch House data center (Marana) is a planned data center in Marana, AZ. A second data center rezoning application, dubbed 'Ranch House', was submitted to the Town of Marana by The Planning Center (developer undisclosed), separate from Beale Infrastructure's approved Luckett Road campus. As of June 2026 the application was in early review by the town, TEP and Southwest Gas and had not gone to the planning commission. Opposed by the No Desert Data Center Coalition.
