Luckett Road Project (aka Jaguar West) is a planned data center in Marana, AZ, with Beale Infrastructure named as the developer. Reported capacity is 750 MW. Marana Town Council unanimously approved rezoning of ~600 acres of agricultural land on Jan 7, 2026 for a hyperscale data center using up to 750MW at full buildout. Developer is Beale Infrastructure (same company behind Pima County's 'Project Blue' near Tucson, but this is a separate site/town). Rezoning approved but construction not yet confirmed started as of this research.
