Progress has stalled on Project West, WHP-GA LLC (Joshua Harrelson)'s data center project in LaGrange, GA. Reported capacity is 600 MW. Proposed six-building (~1.5M sq ft) technology park/data center campus on 513 acres between Hamilton Road and Whitesville Road south of I-85 near LaGrange, filed as a DRI. Developer Joshua Harrelson pegs the gross project at $9.7 billion; a water study and a study on providing up to 600MW of power were underway as of March 2025. Distinct from Google's separate LaGrange data center on Pegasus Parkway.
