Mink Street Land Company data center campus

Jersey Township, Licking County, OH

Mink Street Land Company data center campus is a planned data center in Jersey Township, OH, with Mink Street Land Company LLC named as the developer. Mink Street Land Company LLC (New Albany-based) filed a wetlands permit in June 2026 for a 399-acre site in Jersey Township, Licking County, east of Mink Street, north of Beaver Road and south of Jug Street -- a potential expansion of the nearby Beech Road Northwest data center complex. Plans call for six data center buildings totaling approximately 1.66 million square feet plus an administration building, power generation/substation facilities, parking, and stormwater systems. Construction is slated to begin December 1, 2026 with completion targeted November 30, 2031; federal wildlife authorities cleared year-round tree clearing through March 2028.
