EdgeConneX New Albany (Innovation Campus Way)

Construction is under way on EdgeConneX New Albany (Innovation Campus Way) in New Albany, OH. EdgeConneX acquired a large warehouse and adjacent plots along Innovation Campus Way (9850 Innovation Campus Way, addressed in Johnstown but marketed as New Albany/Licking County) and filed to convert it plus build new construction totaling roughly 1.225 million square feet of data centers. Phase I converts a 525,000 sq ft warehouse (targeted complete/open in early 2027); Phase II adds a new two-story 700,000 sq ft building plus an 80,000 sq ft PowerConneX New Albany Energy Center (gas-fired generation, up to ~140MW) targeted for substantial completion by Q3 2027. Distinct from EdgeConneX's separately tracked Ashville (Pickaway County) site.
