Mesh Capital Cabin Field Road Data Center
Campbell County, VA
Mesh Capital Cabin Field Road Data Center is a planned data center in Campbell County, VA, with MESH Capital, LLC named as the developer. MESH Capital is pursuing a by-right data center on Parcel 17-A-1 off Cabin Field Road, land rezoned Industrial-Heavy Conditional with a proffered site plan back in 2000. The county Zoning Administrator ruled in October 2025 that three MESH concept plans meet the 2000 proffer; the Board of Supervisors had denied a June 2025 request to remove the proffer outright, and a formal hearing was expected after the appeal window closed November 30, 2025.
