MAMaC Tech Campus (Oasis Digital Properties)
MAMaC Tech Campus (Oasis Digital Properties) is a planned data center in Greensville County, VA, with Oasis Digital Properties named as the developer. Oasis Digital Properties partnered to develop a data center campus on part of the 1,600-acre MAMaC (Mid-Atlantic Advanced Manufacturing Center) megasite in Greensville County; proposed campus of 4 buildings on ~930 acres (buildings capped at 40 ft tall), special-use permit recommended by the Planning Commission. Separate from Compass Datacenters, which reportedly dropped its own Greensville/Emporia site search over VA tax-policy uncertainty.
