K-Nova / Jahn Farm Data Center
Commercial Point, Pickaway County, OH
K-Nova / Jahn Farm Data Center, a data center project in Commercial Point, OH, has stalled. In May 2024, the Village of Commercial Point (Pickaway County) approved an emergency ordinance rezoning ~267 acres of the K-Nova/Jahn Farm property near the Foxfire neighborhood to Planned Industrial District permitting only data centers; public records reportedly name both K-Nova and Amazon Web Services in connection with the project. Commercial Point Council passed an 18-month pause on new data center applications in May 2026 amid resident litigation (Foxfire Coalition) challenging the legality/procedure of the original 2024 emergency rezoning vote.
