Iron Horse Data Center
Hanover County, VA
Iron Horse Data Center is a planned data center in Hanover County, VA. Scaled-back version of a 2024 data center park proposal for 78 acres off East Patrick Henry Road in Hanover's Beaverdam district, seeking rezoning from mixed-use to limited industrial. Hanover supervisors had declined an earlier, larger version in 2024; developers requested a deferral just before the June 18, 2026 Planning Commission meeting, with the case rescheduled to July 16, 2026.
