Pre-application data center proposal near Harris Farms Lane off Route 33 in Hanover's South Anna District, less than two miles from the Mountain Road Technology Park site. Developer J.K. Land Holding met with county planning staff in March 2026; as of the May 4, 2026 report it had not yet been formally filed, and county staff had already flagged water-supply and proximity-to-Mountain-Road concerns.
