Google Stillwater data center campus is a planned data center in Stillwater, OK. Final plat for three lots (202 acres) approved by the Stillwater Planning Commission; Richmond Road paving under way. Google is developing an AI data center campus of up to $3 billion at the intersection of Perkins Road and Richmond Road on Stillwater's north edge (Payne County), on ~350-400 acres acquired from the state. Up to six ~300,000 sq ft buildings planned in phases over 20-25 years; city authorized the first two phases under a 25-year tax abatement (payments in lieu of taxes) agreement. Part of Google's broader $13.4B Oklahoma commitment.
