Luther Horizon Technology Park
Luther, Oklahoma County, OK
Luther Horizon Technology Park, a data center project in Luther, OK associated with Beltline Energy, has stalled. Roughly 320-400 acre data center campus proposed by Atlanta-based Beltline Energy on the northeast edge of Luther (Oklahoma County), adjacent to OG&E's Redbud Energy Facility with on-site 138kV/345kV transmission access. Developer states $14.0B capital investment, ~11,100 construction jobs and ~420 permanent jobs; no MW figure disclosed. Beltline filed a rezoning/zoning application in June 2026, but the Luther Town Board adopted a data center moratorium through Dec 31, 2026 that has delayed action on the application, so the project remains in early entitlement review, not approved or under construction.
