Global Stack Contra Costa County Fairgrounds Edge Data Center
Antioch, Contra Costa County, CA
Global Stack LLC (MeshClusters) has announced Global Stack Contra Costa County Fairgrounds Edge Data Center, a data center project in Antioch, CA. Reported capacity is 10 MW with an estimated investment of $20 million. The Contra Costa County Fairgrounds in Antioch is among the eight Bay Area fairgrounds where Global Stack proposed a sub-10 MW 'AI-powered emergency shelter' edge data center with parking garage and helipad in July 2026. The proposal is conceptual; Antioch has taken no position and neighboring Oakley and Brentwood are pursuing data center bans. (Source dated 2026-07-09.) [Reviewed 2026-10-09: verified] Multiple credible sources confirm Global Stack proposed 8-10 MW edge data centers at eight Bay Area fairgrounds including Contra Costa County Fairgrounds in Antioch in July 2026, with MeshClusters LLC as operator.
