Per Core Scientifics own SEC 8-K exhibit, the company is acquiring Polaris DS LLC (440MW of grid-connected power under an agreement with Oklahoma Gas and Electric) to expand its Muskogee, OK campus at the John T. Griffin Industrial Park toward roughly 1.5GW gross power capacity (about 1.0GW leasable). A 70MW building for Nvidia GB300s targets Q2 2026 delivery; an 82.5MW facility is under construction for Q4 2027. Distinct operator/site from the Google Muskogee County campuses already tracked.
