Potentia Oklahoma Campus 02 (Inola / Port of Inola) is a data center under construction in Inola, OK, developed by Potentia, Inc. (Tulsa Farms / Potentia Tulsa 1 LLC). The project is sized at 2,000 MW. Potentia Inc. assembled ~1,850 acres next to the Port of Inola via 'Tulsa Farms' entities (deeds recorded May 2026, ~$80M) for a master-planned AI/HPC campus tracked at up to 2.0 GW. Heavy land clearing and a high-voltage substation are under way with Building 1 targeted for Q2 2027; the Tulsa Port Authority–Rogers County board has handled purchase-agreement amendments.
