Bristolville 25 (Lordstown Data Center)
Lordstown, Trumbull County, OH
Bristolville 25 (Lordstown Data Center), a data center project in Lordstown, OH associated with Bristolville 25 Developer, LLC (property held by BHGH Properties LLC), has stalled. Bristolville 25 Developer LLC has proposed a $3.6 billion, 1.65 million sq ft AI data center on 133 acres straddling Trumbull and Mahoning counties in Lordstown, on the former GM Lordstown Assembly Plant site (already zoned industrial), sited near roughly 1.9 GW of existing natural-gas generation. Lordstown Village imposed a moratorium on AI data center permits; the developer filed a writ of mandamus with the Ohio Supreme Court in November 2025, which remains pending as of the latest reporting. This is a separate proposal from the already-operational OpenAI Stargate campus on adjacent land.
