Applied Digital Oliver County Data Center (Polaris Forge 3)
Hanover, Oliver County, ND
Applied Digital Oliver County Data Center (Polaris Forge 3) is a planned data center in Hanover, ND. Applied Digital subsidiary APLD BIS-01, LLC signed a road use and operations agreement with Oliver County commissioners on July 10, 2026 for a data center site south of Hanover near the intersection of state Highways 25 and 31 (one mile east of Hanover, five miles north of Center). The company says it will function similarly to its Ellendale (Polaris Forge 1) and Harwood (Polaris Forge 2) campuses, expects roughly 200 full-time jobs plus 1,000 temporary construction jobs, and hopes to break ground in summer 2026 with an 18-24 month build. This is a third, distinct North Dakota site.
