Adams Fork Harless Data Center Energy Campus
Holden, Logan County, WV
TransGas Development Systems (Adams Fork Energy) plans Adams Fork Harless Data Center Energy Campus, a data center in Holden, WV. New York-based TransGas Development Systems is developing an off-grid natural gas power plant paired with a data center at Harless Industrial Park near Holden, on the Mingo-Logan county line, tied to its larger Adams Fork Energy ammonia-plant project. WV DEP issued air quality permit R13-3715 for the site on Oct. 2, 2025 despite significant public opposition; the paired power plant capacity is reported near 2,400MW, but no separate data-center IT load has been disclosed.
