El Dorado, Union County, AR
Z Squared / Paradox Data Union County AI data center campus is a planned data center in El Dorado, AR, with Z Squared Inc. (Paradox Data LLC) named as the developer. Reported capacity is 150 MW with an estimated investment of $25 million. Fort Lauderdale-based Dogecoin miner Z Squared (Nasdaq: ZSQR) took a 51% stake in Paradox Data's Union County campus in June 2026 and closed on 100% ownership Sept. 9, 2026 in an all-stock deal valued up to $25M. The site has ~8 MW of interruptible Entergy Arkansas service today; Z Squared plans an immersion-cooled AI/HPC campus targeting 150+ MW on ~170 acres using grid power plus behind-the-meter natural gas. The Union County Quorum Court adopted a one-year data center moratorium on June 30, 2026 in response. (Source dated 2026-09-09.).
