Vantage Data Centers - Trident (CO21 Campus, Building 3)
Aurora, Arapahoe County, CO
Vantage Data Centers – Trident (CO21 Campus, Building 3) is a planned data center in Aurora, CO. Reported capacity is 334 MW. Proposed 143-acre, two-building (861,866 sq ft combined) expansion of Vantage's existing CO21 campus in Aurora, with 334MW of planned IT capacity (~500MW total electrical demand -- roughly 11x DIA's power draw). Permittable administratively under industrial zoning without a required neighborhood meeting; as of Sept 2026 Vantage was still reaching out to elected officials/community and had not yet applied to CDPHE for a construction permit, so nothing has broken ground.
