TerraVolt Infrastructure (a CalEthos company) is planning a master-planned AI data center campus in the Raft River area of Cassia County, powered by its own behind-the-meter gas generation; it signed with Williams' Northwest Pipeline for gas supply in May 2026. Initial phase reported at 240 MW with a 300 MW buildout figure. Local residents in Declo/Albion raised aquifer concerns in mid-2026; the Idaho data center sales-tax exemption effective date was reportedly adjusted to accommodate the project.
