Bell Works Data Center
Holmdel, Monmouth County, NJ
Bell Works Data Center is a planned data center in Holmdel, NJ, with Somerset Development named as the developer. Reported capacity is 40 MW. Somerset Development (branded Inspired) applied to Holmdel Township Planning Board on July 24, 2026 to build a 40MW, approximately 108,000 sq ft, two-story data center in a remote area of the Bell Works campus, southwest of the main building, replacing an aging structure. Filed three days after the township introduced a data center ban ordinance, so it is grandfathered under 2012 zoning; CEO Ralph Zucker says it is under one-tenth the size of a typical hyperscale facility.
