Shadowbox Studios DeKalb County data center
DeKalb County, GA
Shadowbox Studios DeKalb County data center, a data center project in DeKalb County, GA, has stalled. Film studio Shadowbox Studios says DeKalb County previously approved a data center on its property and it has spent ~$30M on the project, but the county's data center moratorium (in effect since July 2025) has blocked construction. Shadowbox sued the county in August 2026; a zoning board of appeals hearing was scheduled for Sept 9, 2026. (Source dated 2026-09-02.).
