S. Hekemian Group Montvale hyperscale data center (former KPMG campus) is an announced data center project in Montvale, NJ, backed by S. Hekemian Group (SHG Montvale MB VI, LLC). Montvale's court-filed affordable-housing settlement would let S. Hekemian Group build a 322,822 sq ft hyperscale data center with a PILOT on the former KPMG campus instead of ~250 housing units. Fair Share Housing Center sued (March 2026); the state dispute-resolution program found the either/or plan non-compliant, a revised settlement was filed in April 2026 and a Superior Court case management conference was set for June 22, 2026.
