Percheron Data Center is a planned data center in Boardman, OR, with Rowan Digital Infrastructure named as the developer. Reported capacity is 300 MW. Four-building, ~1.125M sq ft data center campus roughly 11 miles southwest of Boardman in Morrow County, rezoned from farm to industrial use with unanimous county approval in September 2023. Rowan builds the site to spec (targeting 300MW, net-zero/100% renewable) and has stated no end-user operator is under contract yet.
