A new data center, Regency DC Campus (Waxpool Rd & Ashburn Village Blvd), has been announced in Ashburn, VA. The project is sized at 432 MW. An unnamed developer, for an unnamed hyperscale tenant, offered Regency neighborhood homeowners about $4.4 million an acre for a 130-acre assembly at Waxpool Road and Ashburn Village Boulevard. The campus would hold up to six buildings of 72 MW each, about 432 MW.
