Radius DC Raleigh I
Raleigh, Wake County, NC
Progress has stalled on Radius DC Raleigh I, RadiusDC (backed by IPI Partners / Blue Owl)'s data center project in Raleigh, NC. Reported capacity is 12 MW. RadiusDC, an Edge-focused data center operator, is under contract to buy 13.64 acres at 3101 Jones Sausage Road in southeast Raleigh for a roughly 100,000 sq ft, 12MW-critical-load facility valued near $180M. The developer withdrew its city annexation petition in August 2026 after community opposition over water and power impacts, but CEO Mike Krza said the company is not abandoning the project.
