Project Silver Fox is a planned data center in Indiantown, FL, with Panattoni and Ferreira named as the developer. 606-acre data center campus proposed on a former power-plant-zoned industrial site in Indiantown, Martin County, FL. Developers are Panattoni and Ferreira (Adam Kramer, managing partner). Initially withdrawn in April 2026 after community pushback; resubmitted with changes (waterless design, added landscaping/noise mitigation) and re-presented to the Village Council as of Sept 22, 2026, with a decision still pending. Some press coverage describes it as a ~1GW/1000MW facility, but the primary source read directly in this session did not confirm a capacity figure, so it is left null.
