Project Arrowhead
Mystic, Irwin County, GA
Premier Data Center Development, LLC plans Project Arrowhead, a data center in Mystic, GA. The project is sized at 1,250 MW. 1.25GW, 4.22 million sq ft, five-building data center campus proposed on ~1,000 acres outside Mystic in Irwin County, south central Georgia. DRI application filed April 2026; first phase could go live 2030, full build-out by 2034; up to $6B investment. Georgia Power is completing an energy study. Partly overlaps land earmarked for a separate, since-withdrawn "Irwin Forward Tech Park" proposal. A Change.org petition against it claims (unconfirmed) that Google is the tenant.
