Prism ON3 Data Center (Nutley)
Nutley, Essex County, NJ
Prism ON3 Data Center (Nutley) is a planned data center in Nutley, NJ, with Prism Capital Partners named as the developer. Prism Capital Partners secured Nutley township approval (July 9, 2025) to build a major data center and other permitted uses on an 11-acre parcel at 275 Kingsland Street within its 116-acre ON3 campus (the former Hoffmann-La Roche pharmaceutical complex), Essex County. The site was previously proposed for a truck depot, withdrawn after community opposition; a banner on the site fence reported by local news cited a possible 65MW capacity, not confirmed in the companys own release.
