Allenwood Data Center Campus (Great Stream Commons)

Allenwood, Union County, PA

Allenwood Data Center Campus (Great Stream Commons) is a planned data center in Allenwood, PA, with PNK Group named as the developer. Reported capacity is 300 MW. Phased data center campus proposed at 198 Enterprise Boulevard, Great Stream Commons Industrial Park, Allenwood, Gregg Township, Union County (developer's own project site: allenwood.pnk.group). Phase 1 retrofits an existing ~478,000 sq ft building; later phases add two or three new one-story buildings for ~1M sq ft total new construction. Up to 300MW planned across all phases, with an initial ~60MW delivery targeted for 2027. Gregg Township supervisors were asked to allow data centers in commercial/manufacturing zoning districts (zoning changes under review as of April 2026). A related PPL high-voltage transmission line proposal to power the site has drawn separate organized opposition from Union and Lycoming County farmers (formal rally July 2026). Community engagement/approvals ongoing as of mid-2026; not yet approved or under construction.
