Orchard Hills Data Center (Trammell Crow)
Cheyenne, Laramie County, WY
Trammell Crow Company plans Orchard Hills Data Center (Trammell Crow), a data center in Cheyenne, WY. Dallas-based Trammell Crow proposes a two-building data center development on 162 acres in south Cheyenne requiring annexation, a future land-use map change to Mixed-Use Employment and light-industrial zoning. The Cheyenne Planning Commission denied the land-use and zoning requests Sept 8, 2026, but the council's Public Services Committee voted Sept 23 to recommend annexation and overruling the denial; full council takes it up Sept 30, 2026. Orchard Valley residents oppose over water, roads and proximity. (Source dated 2026-09-25.).
