Northeast Brighton data center campus
Brighton, Weld County, CO
Northeast Brighton data center campus is an announced data center project in Brighton, CO. A rezoning application filed with the City of Brighton (pre-application meetings Jan and July 2025) proposes eight two-story data center buildings totaling ~2.5M sq ft with private roads near County Road 4 and 50th Ave in north Brighton. Residents uncovered the plan in Sept 2026; a council member proposed a 90-day moratorium on data center applications, and the request has not yet gone to a public hearing. Water demand and cooling technology are flagged as open issues. (Source dated 2026-09-23.).
