Nashville Zoo-area data center (developer undisclosed)
Nashville, Davidson County, TN
Work on Nashville Zoo-area data center (developer undisclosed) in Nashville, TN has stalled. Reported capacity is 50 MW. A proposed data center adjacent to the Nashville Zoo would include a 40MW building, a separate 10MW building, and a power substation. The developer/operator was not named in coverage reviewed. The proposal drew a Nashville Zoo-organized petition with over 435,000 signatures and Metro Council pushback; it was cited by neighboring Wilson County officials as the case that prompted them to draft their own data-center zoning restrictions. Exact site/parcel and approval status unconfirmed as of research.
