Metrobloks Miami data center (Everglades edge)

Unincorporated Miami-Dade, Miami-Dade County, FL

Metrobloks Miami data center (Everglades edge) is under construction in Unincorporated Miami-Dade, FL. Reported capacity is 15 MW. Los Angeles-based Metrobloks is developing a 112,900-sq-ft AI/edge data center on industrial land at the western edge of Miami-Dade near the Everglades, reported by the Tampa Bay Times and Miami Herald in May 2026 as one of three new South Florida data centers moving forward; Cleanview lists it at 15 MW and Miami Herald/GovTech described it as under construction as of July 2026. The site was permitted under existing industrial zoning without rezoning, drawing transparency complaints from nearby Little River Farms residents. (Source dated 2026-05-20.).
