Project Anthem (Meta Platforms Tulsa Data Center)
Tulsa, Tulsa County, OK
Project Anthem (Meta Platforms Tulsa Data Center) is under construction in Tulsa, OK. Meta's first Oklahoma data center and first data center within Tulsa city limits, at Fair Oaks Innovation Park in east Tulsa (near 11th Street and the Creek Turnpike). Over 2 million sq ft, more than $1 billion investment; general contractor Fortis Construction; groundbreaking April 21, 2026 with Gov. Kevin Stitt in attendance; expected operational 2028. Meta pledged over $25M to local road/water infrastructure and over 1,500MW of new renewable generation to the Oklahoma grid (a grid-supply commitment, not the facility's own nameplate capacity, which was not disclosed – capacity left blank). Protesters gathered at the groundbreaking over rate impacts, noise and construction traffic.
