Iron Mountain MIA-1 Data Center (Westview)

Iron Mountain MIA-1 Data Center (Westview) is under construction in Westview, FL. Reported capacity is 16 MW with an estimated investment of $150 million. Iron Mountain broke ground in February 2025 on MIA-1, a 150,000-sq-ft, 16 MW AI-ready data center converting a former storage facility on a 3.4-acre industrial parcel in the unincorporated Westview neighborhood; the Beacon Council pegged it at $150 million and 30 jobs. Permitted by right as a 'telecommunications hub' under county zoning, it drew resident complaints in April and September 2026 over lack of notice. (Source dated 2026-04-29.).
