Industrial Drive Data Center

Bethlehem, Lehigh County, PA

Industrial Drive Data Center is a planned data center in Bethlehem, PA, with TensorIQ (with Boyle Construction and Paxos) named as the developer. Reported capacity is 120 MW. Developers publicly announced a two-story, 65,000 sq ft data center on a six-acre vacant lot at 2184 Industrial Drive in the LVIP I industrial park, Lehigh County portion of Bethlehem, PA, just north of the Routes 22/378 interchange. Boyle Construction and Paxos are partnering with TensorIQ on the project, which will draw 120 MW, use a closed-loop water cooling system, and site equipment below grade to mitigate noise. The developers say the project already meets zoning requirements and is exempt from the city's still-unadopted new data center standards since it was submitted first.
