Huntley LLC data center (Page)

Page, Coconino County, AZ

Huntley LLC data center (Page) is a planned data center in Page, AZ. 500-acre parcel of city-owned recreational land near Horseshoe Bend, Page, Coconino County, sold to UK-based developer Huntley LLC (via subsidiary Rooskey) for a proposed data center; Page City Council approved the sale 5-2 in October 2025 for $7M ($14,000/acre). The sale agreement requires the developer to secure its own water/power and use closed-loop cooling. Press reports describe a ~$10B/1GW project, but that figure was not confirmed via a source opened directly in this session, so capacity is left null. A citizen referendum petition to overturn the council's decision was disqualified on procedural grounds in Dec 2025; local opposition group is 'Turn the Page'.
