Hassayampa Ranch Data Center
Tonopah, Maricopa County, AZ
Hassayampa Ranch Data Center is a planned data center in Tonopah, AZ. Arizona Land Consulting (Anita Verma-Lallian) with backing from Chamath Palihapitiya's Social Capital is planning a data center on 2,000 unincorporated acres near Tonopah, just outside Buckeye, on the former Hassayampa Ranch master-planned-community site. Maricopa County supervisors unanimously approved the comprehensive-plan change from residential to industrial on Dec. 10, 2025; zoning applications were expected within 30-60 days. The site sits along an emerging West Valley data center corridor projected to draw roughly 1 GW of power; estimated buildout cost is $25 billion.
