Former Greymark Office Site Data Center (proposal)
Bridgewater, Somerset County, NJ
A new data center, Former Greymark Office Site Data Center (proposal), has been announced in Bridgewater, NJ. The project is sized at 60 MW. A roughly 400,000-square-foot AI data center has been floated for the 28-acre former Greymark office site at 1200 Route 22 in Bridgewater Township, projected to draw about 60 MW of power and 1 million gallons of water per day if built. No formal land-use application has been filed and the property is tied up in active litigation; the township council says it is researching data center policy but that there are 'no active plans' before any land use board. [Reviewed 2026-10-09: verified] A data center proposal at the Greymark site has been publicly floated; the township approved a redevelopment plan in 2025 permitting data centers as a possible use, and a developer (Ruben Torsky/Treetop Development) is actively discussing the project, though no formal application has been filed and the property is in active litigation.
