Global Stack Tulare County Fairgrounds Edge Data Center

Global Stack Tulare County Fairgrounds Edge Data Center, a data center project in Tulare, CA associated with Global Stack LLC (MeshClusters), has stalled. The record lists a reported investment of $20 million. Global Stack sought to lease 2-5 acres at the Tulare County Fairgrounds for an 'emergency resilience' edge data center. The fair board tabled the lease in July 2026 after hours of opposition, and Tulare County adopted a 45-day data center moratorium in August 2026 that was extended into 2027 with a formal county position opposing data center development.
