Everett Docklands Innovation District data center allowance (former ExxonMobil site)
Everett, Middlesex County, MA
Everett Docklands Innovation District data center allowance (former ExxonMobil site) is an announced data center project in Everett, MA, backed by The Davis Companies. Early-stage (rezoning). As part of the Davis Companies' 7.2 million sq ft master plan for the former ExxonMobil tank farm on the Mystic River, Everett's planning board voted unanimously in April 2026 to allow a future data center of up to 20,000 sq ft and 5 MW. The Mystic River Watershed Association objected, and a city ordinance has been proposed to add data centers to the district's prohibited uses. About 105 acres. About 5 MW. Not confirmed by the developer or local officials; location approximate.
